TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Our starting point will depend on the route you choose. We will provide the specifications such as the meeting point and start time. We kindly ask users to respect the pickup time from their hotel, anywhere in Cusco, the Sacred Valley, and the South Valley (if requested).
- In the capital city of Lima, please note that the tour price does not include pickup from your hotel. If you require pickup, please contact us at buhotourstravel@gmail.com.
- Our bicycle tours—whether MTB, enduro, downhill, cross-country, all-mountain, or simply a leisurely ride—will be accompanied by a cycling guide. If the group consists of 10 participants, there will be two guides available for the entire route.
- It is important to note that the price you pay does not cover any medical expenses in the event of an accident.
- At the beginning of our MTB tour, our cycling specialist guide will provide all safety guidelines as well as instructions on the proper use of the bicycles. Búho Tours will not be held responsible for any misuse by the user.
- Each user is responsible for the bicycle entrusted to them. Any damage caused by the customer, such as misuse or mishandling, will be the responsibility of the participant, who will need to cover the current cost of any damaged part.
- Please be aware that after booking any of our bicycle tours, there will be no refunds for reserved services under any circumstances, such as not showing up at the meeting point or hotel on time.
