Hello! I’m Daniel Peralta Chambi, the founder of Búho Tours. This local company was created to generate jobs for local people and to offer the kind of excellent service that I once wished I had received. Read more

I hold a degree in tourism, having graduated five years ago. During this time, I have dedicated myself to guiding tours in the Sacred Valley, Laguna Humantay, Rainbow Mountain, Salkantay Trekking, Machu Picchu, and all the classic routes.

I have extensive experience managing traditional tour groups, hiking tours, and bike tours. In 2020, I formed the best cycling club in Cusco, where I shared and explored over 40 routes for both hiking and biking.

The “Club de Ciclistas Cusco” is one of the best cycling clubs in the city, consisting of more than 200 members. Together, we have explored over 40 routes in Cusco, including:

Maras & Moray – Sacred Valley, Lares – Sacred Valley, Inca Avalanche – Sacred Valley, Lamay – Sacred Valley, Patacancha & Pumamarka – Sacred Valley, Pata Lares – Sacred Valley, La Máxima, Chinchero – Sacred Valley, El Brujo, El Pastor, Radar, Indomitos, Andahuaylillas – Southern Valley, as well as routes like Farallones, Salkantay, Laguna Huaypo, Q’eswachaka, Waqrapukara, the Manú jungle, and many more.

With my vast experience, I now consider myself the best cycling guide around, and I’m very grateful to the club for accompanying me on this incredible adventure of exploration for over a year.

Owl is a nocturnal bird that sees and hunts its prey at night, such as mice and insects, among others. Read more

Its color varies depending on the location; in some countries, they are white, gray, brown, or have mixed colors, with large eyes, feathered tufts, a curved beak, and upright feathers on their heads that make them look like they have ears, resembling a cat.

What does the owl symbolize?

In many cultures, the owl is considered a symbol of knowledge and wisdom, conveying mental clarity, insight, and intuition, thanks to the impressive beauty of its anatomy and its large eyes.
