We’ll pick you up from your hotel at 4:30 AM and then travel for 3 hours to the small village of Pacchanta, where the trekking to the Ausangate glacier begins.
Not many dare to ride in the heart of the Andes, especially at an elevation of 5,000 meters, but you don’t have to worry! With an electric bike, climbing the trail of the 7 lagoons will be a breeze. Watch the video!
The 7 lagoons route takes about 4 hours, featuring a marked path that is wide enough for both ascending and descending back to Pacchanta.
After our e-bike adventure around Peru’s highest mountain range, Ausangate, we’ll have the chance to soak in the thermal baths of Pajchanta and relax our muscles.
And of course, we can’t forget about breakfast and lunch, which we’ll enjoy at the best restaurant in Pacchanta.
Once we’ve wrapped up our activities, we’ll be back at your hotel by 6 pm.

Ausangate – Chillca – Paso Qampa – Alternative Option
The routestarts near the village of Chillca. This is not a loop; this trail is considered a straight line, meaning you won’t pedal the same path twice, unlike the 7 lagoons circuit.
Along the way, we’ll see plenty of alpacas and llamas, cross rivers, and enjoy more views of snow-capped peaks such as Apu Puca Punta and Apu Pachanta, among others.
We’ll encounter many more lagoons, climb up to the Qampa Pass, and the trail will be longer, seemingly endless, until we reach the village of Pacchanta, where we will also enjoy the thermal baths.
Recommended for cyclists with a bit more experience in climbing and good physical endurance.
